4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Make timely payments as agreed
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines
• Communicate in a timely and professional manner

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month
• Project fees may require a deposit before work begins
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after 30 days

6. No Guarantee of Results

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, and client website quality. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and our full expertise to achieve the best possible results.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, business strategies, and our proprietary methodologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Breathe SEO's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all deliverables completed up to the termination date. Fees for work completed before termination are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Live Breathe SEO is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
